Wonderful food, stellar service, not too long a wait & worth it! Great for friends. Have a drink on the balcony!

Food is always awesome! Can’t complain. The only reason for taking away a Star or two is because they couldn’t have rushed us out of there faster on our anniversary. We would have loved to have even had desert, the rush ???? % killed our importance to the restaurant,

Visiting Sarasota for the weekend, stopped in for dinner at 5:00pm. There were fewer than 10 people in the place and the hostess asked if we had reservations. We didn't, she was rude, sighing and saying she wasn't sure she had anything. We asked if there was room upstairs and she was pleased to tell us to go upstairs and someone there would seat us. The man there was more polite but certainly customer service lacks a bit. Waited 15 minutes for a menu, then when our steaks arrived we had to wait for silverware! Terrific meal! Unsure if we would return.

Anytime you dine on St Armand's, you expect to pay quite a bit. I had a burger that was pushing close to the $20 Mark. I will say, it was one of the better basic burgers around, and the fries were exceptional. It was the bun that really set this sandwich apart from the rest. The atmosphere is what you would expect from the name Tommy Bahama, relaxed and clean. The staff is friendly and it's certainly a nice place to spend time.

Food is great, the drinks are too pricey for their size and amount of alcohol in them. I recommend just sticking with beer and wine. Clean, open atmosphere. Sit upstairs for views of St Armand's. If you sit downstairs for dinner then you can see the musicians. When Marcel is playing, is my favorite time to be there -he has such a great voice and will most likely be able to play a request.
