At Nutritious You Cafe they use only quality ingredients. Mostly organic, non-GMO, gluten free and minimally processed.

They offer whole food plant based, vegan, raw vegan and plant based snacks that are dehydrated at low temperatures to keep the nutrients in tact. This is a slow and careful process.

There is something for everyone at Nutritious You Cafe including those who are just starting out on a plant-based journey.

Everything is made with your health and the health of our planet in mind. We are the “only” fully plant-based café on siesta key and are committed to keeping everything free from animal products.

    AMAZING place!!! Being gluten free, my wife and I found everything we could ever want (even dessert) and absolutely loved the taste. We must have tried 15 different things. The Kale and Thai Peanut salads are a must. The Rosemary walnuts are delicious, and the vegan, peanut butter and chocolate dessert balls were to die for. Marina, the owner, came out and greeted us with such warmth. We could tell how passionate she is about her restaurant and living healthy. I highly recommend this place who's looking for delicious, healthy, options! Eric and Julia from MD.

    I love this place. My first time dining. It is a super cute and cozy little space with colorful nutrient dense food. We ordered the quinoa salad, kale salad, flatbread and falafel burger. All were exceptional. I will be back. I’m so excited to have found this little gem. The chocolate cheery donuts and vanilla pop cake were fantastic as well..

    Outstanding Raw Vegan food!! Everything was delicious. We got wraps, pizza, a burger, and donuts for dessert. The service was helpful and friendly. Good prices, no wait, awesome atmosphere, and a cute, homey vibe.
