Star Thai & Sushi

Great food and service. We loved the sushi and the fish was super fresh and excellent. My wife is Japanese and loved the presentation and flavor. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a lot of Thai/sushi places in the area and out of all them this place has the best ambiance. They also have a great bar, I like getting the Hibiki blended Whiskey on a ball of ice.. important they use an ice ball because normal ice will dilute and water down the whiskey and a lot of places don’t take it into consideration or care. It’s this attention to detail that keeps me coming back!

This place has a bit of it all. The sushi was great. The crispy duck was good. Service and atmosphere was also great. Pricing was agreeable for what you got as well. So many menu choices it’s gonna take a couple of visits to find a favorite dish.

14 June 2019 - Good food and good service. We had both sushi and Thai. Both were great. There was a little bit of a wait for our food, but they were pretty busy.

Only reason I took 1-star off was because they charge $1 for a side of spicy mayo / sauce. Really? That's akin to charging for ketchup. So dumb.

We live on the Key and this is one of our favorite go-to restaurants. We have had both sushi and Thai here numerous times, both with family and with friends, both eat-in and carry-out, and each and every experience has been wonderful. The food is delicious and the employees are personable and provide great service. My favorites are their volcano rolls and the amazing peanut curry. YUM!! Oh...and love the live jazz on Friday eves! Great way to wind down the week!
