Carrabba's Italian Grill

The food was delicious as always, however...
Carrabba's needs to work on their curbside pickup. When I ordered the pickup time was 20-25 minutes so I made another stop on the way. When I arrived I paid immediately and was told my food was going to be ready shortly. I even received a text that my order was ready. I didn't see another employee for an additional 20 minutes. When my food finally came out it was lukewarm and my salad was not correct. If they were busier I would have been more understanding but it was a slow Sunday evening. Overall it took 50 minutes from the time I placed my order to actually receiving it.

Scott, the GM, was amazing. We had placed an order from Grub Hub and after an hour of not getting any update on the order, we called the restaurant. It turned out the order was never received, however we were charged. Scott quickly offered to take care of us. He made our order and had one of his staff drive out to deliver the food, despite it being prime dinner rush time. We had our food within 20 mins. That is true customer service. Not only did he offer to fix the problem with Grub Hub directly, he added complimentary desserts for all the hassle. Thank you for the best dining experience while not even sitting down at the restaurant itself.

During our summer season, we can finally walk in without a long wait. Lunch specials are very good and affordable. Large dining area with booths and open area. Great bar and super wine selection. Service was quick and friendly.

This place is a nice place to eat. Even though they were short staffed they managed. We were taken care of in a timely fashion, and the manager even gave us a free drink. Our server was great, and not bad looking either she even smelled good. Nice perfume. Keep up the good work.
