Snook Haven

Interesting concept of a BBQ restaurant down by the river with gators on the wall (cool!). Liked the live banjo and accordion music while eating. BBQ brisket was decent and pulled chicken was a bit better. Mac and cheese tasted a bit like converted pasta salad which resulted in kid not eating much. Could have been cleaner (chairs and table were sticky), but servers were nice and did a good job. Overall, different, not fancy, and got the job done.

It's real old Florida! The food is very good if you like smoked food. That's what they are known for. Good craft beer selection. I prefer outside seating but inside works on a rainy day. They always have live music. Bring your own kayak. Their kayak rentals are junk. Lots of large gators on the river!

We came here because we were visiting family that were staying over at the campground. We rented a canoe for my children (high school age) and they were so friendly and nice! It was awesome that we were able to sit by the boat ramp/docks, have a cold drink, listen to the live band AND watch over the kids! Great time and very fun family experience!!!

This place is really nice! I love the atmosphere and the views. Food was very good and our server couldn't have been nicer. Can't wait to come back! It's worth the drive.

Had a really great time. We ate at the restaurant (great food!) And took a boat ride. All around really fun and positive experience. They have a lot of live music. We didn't see many alligators on the boat ride, but it was beautiful all the same.
