The service here is awesome!! Although it was a very busy Friday night. I was greeted at the door. Our server Shae did an awesome job make sure our orders were correct and keeping us updated while our food was being prepared. Doug the manager was awesome as well. He made our experiment enjoyable throughout the whole night. Not to mention the food was so good and flavorful. My friends and I will definitely be coming back!!

I like this restaurant! They prepare tasty meals, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is a real pro, I love very much eating all their food. The food is always fresh, the service towards the customers is good. I will often go to this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and great customer service. I went there with my son and family after my four year old grand daughter's school performance. The manager and our waiter were so attentive and personable. They were there making sure everything was okay and that were enjoying our meal. What a great experience. Thanks go out to these two special people. I wish I could remember their names.

This was the first day they were open so I expected maybe a couple of glitches but from our experience and the experiences of others seated around us I would say well done Crafty Crab!! We were immediately seated, our server Cory was extremely attentive and friendly, she came to our table multiple times to check on us to see if we needed anything else, to ask about the food, we didn’t even have to ask for drink refills because she was on it. The General Manager Doug was very friendly and came by each table to ask how everything was and if we had any comments or suggested improvements. The portions were huge and the food was delicious, even my 3 year old ate all of her fried tilapia, fish is something I’ve been trying to get her to eat for 2 years!!! We will definitely be back!!!
