(January 6, 2019, 2:14 pm)This location never disappoints usually but I recently had an issue ordering on their app that I've never experience since the app released. I used my points to get a free medium sub however when I picked up my food, my receipt showed that I Paid full price. So I checked the app and my order history and it was applied in the app but I guess the store location did not confirm. I was given some story by the staff to just call in and they will apply the points which is why they lose a ???? because I'm pretty sure this was someone not knowing how this works and giving me a BS story. I've been using this feature for a while without issue.
