Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I like eating at Olives Garden because they make the best Italian pasta ????
One other thing that I like about this restaurant is the veggie type of pasta made out of cucumber. When you are inside the restaurant you have have a good feel of the Italian vibe. If your doctor tell you to eat more green no worry because Olive Garden also serves two types of sides salads (the House salad & the Caesar salad) to keep you on point with your doctor recommendations.

I've been to this Olive Garden multiple times as I live in the area and the reason I'm writing this review is to speak specifically about our server, Shelby. She was absolutely amazing and showed that she cared for her customers. Usually when I would order an unlimited soup the servers would rarely come back and check up on me so it defeats the purpose of getting the unlimited and paying for something that you dont ever get to eat. However, with Shelby, she would keep approaching us and checking up on us if we needed anything or if we wanted more soup and she even ended the night with a few chocolates as we were leaving which is very rare. We thank you for your great customer service Shelby and would definitely be coming back to this olive garden and asked to be seated at one of her booths.

In the grand scheme of restaurant food chains, this is a fine example of a well run, well staffed Olive Garden. My server was fantastic and very attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. It seems that there is a lot more variety on their menu than I remember there being the last time I went to an Olive Garden but I was happy to see that they didn't trade quality or timely service to achieve the variety they now offer.

I had a pretty nice experience there. Food was decent, but our server Angie R was above and beyond. There were five of us with 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. She handled our order with ease and a smile. Everything came out perfect. No long wait, she topped our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great food. But the service was less than acceptable. My wife and I were given a table very quickly. The restaurant was very busy at this time. A+. Though when we sat down. I wasn't introduced to the restaurant or received any explanation of the menu. Didn't get a hello or a servers name. Next the server comes out. Just asked our order. No recommendations nothing. As were eating I observed a table being sat down and they got everything. An explanation of the menu. Servers name. Little bit of joking from the hostess.
