Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love this place, they’ve always been great. The associates are so friendly and efficient. But today I had an unfortunate encounter with one of their managers, he was abrasive and frankly rude, I can understand when associates are short tempered but if you are a manager you should be much better at being kind and patient with customers. He was a larger man with dark hair, fair skin, and a muscular build. I came in to pick up a mobile order for the first time (I had just downloaded the app because I get smoothies there so often I wanted to try it) and right off the bat he was very short with me, talking to me like I was a child. And this isn’t the first offense, I have seen him being rude to other employees in the past. Anyways to wrap up this review, the place as a whole is very very good and I definitely would recommend going there, but I do think that they might be needing a few changes of staffing in the future.

Friendly staff and really good smoothies, the service is really fast too, but the hidden gem is the sandwiches! Healthy and delicious. By far my favorite place to eat.

I prefer this smoothie place over the other 2 big names. They have a good variety of supplements to put in your smoothies and the food is pretty good too.
