    Our first time at the Lake Mary location was fantastic. However, tonight we had a totally different experience. Took over 20 mins to have even our drink order taken. Milkshakes took at least 20 minutes to get. Food was wonderful. Took server another 25 minutes to bring our check. The place was busy when we arrived but there were only 5 tables sat while we ate. Upon checkout, we tried to use the app to earn rewards but they could not help us get funds added. Wasted another 30 minutes trying to get it working. The first girl who was helping seemed to be put out with our questions. When I asked for someone else who knows how to use the app, she gave attitude. Might try this location one more time but tonight was a real bummer.

    The burgers are really good there. Food is reasonably priced. The service is really slow in the restaurant. Your best option is to order at the drive-thru to get your food quicker. Other than that it's a good, cheap place for food
