(July 30, 2018, 8:41 pm)Subway by far is the most healthiest option when it comes to sandwiches. This also depends on what you add to your sub. I prefer Turkey only, lettuce, tomato, onion, splash of vinegar, salt, peeper and oregano. Taste wise, it doesn't compete with Jersey Mike's, but it's a healthy alternative and for the price you can't beat Subway.
