Fred's Market Restaurant

Slow cooked, heaps of Southern goodness all at your fingertips in this lavish buffet. We went for breakfast...waffles, bacon, sausages, bacon, pancakes, bacon, French toast, bacon, fried green tomatoes and of course, bacon...oh, plus, the best fried chicken on the planet is there to make chicken and waffles! There is cereal and fruit and tons of other things too but what is super nice is the quaint way you are greeted and seated, the fact that there is a sink to wash your hands, and the fact that Fred's is a local restaurant. The lunch and dinner menu change daily so you need to go in and check it out but you won't leave hungry because it's all a scrumptious buffet...today we rocked in the rocking chairs right outside...what a great meal and what a great way to spend your time....come on in!

My wife and I truly enjoy eating at Fred's. The food is never stale and always fresh. The restaurant is clean too.
My visit today was even better because we had the pleasure of having Aaron serve us. What a pleasant young man. All smiles and eager to help.

The food was delicious, especially the greens. The peach cobbler is one of the best I've ever had. Everybody, from the hostess to our server, Hope was so friendly. It felt good being there. It tasted great eating there. This is a family place. No table clothes or wine stewards so come casual and be ready to eat. I will be back!

First time there, and I was truly amazed! This place reminded me of the down home, country cooking, buffets of years ago! You just don’t find them anymore! I couldn’t begin to sample everything on there, because there were so many delicious dishes offered! Everything I did sample was awesome! Just like grandma used to make! I can’t wait to go back! The price was comparable to most restaurants, except here, it’s all you can eat, including desert! If you love wholesome, down home, country cooking, you must give Fred’s a try!
