Nice establishment and owner greeted everyone and asked how everything was. I ordered three sushi rolls and my wife ordered a custom bowl. The food was very fresh and tasty. Their sushi roll menu isn't as large and diverse as other sushi places but they were fast and the prices were on there average what you'd expect to pay. I oils come here again and again and recommend to anyone if they liked Asian cuisine.

What is there not to love about this stylish bistro? Abundantly fresh ingredients and a generous hand to customize your dish. Casual, affordable, and quick dining. Perfectly seasoned dishes that balance sweet, spicy, and savory and that are heat-tossed with perfect timing to leave flavors chargrilled and smoky and the vegetables healthy and crisp. I am in love!!!! We will be dining here again and again and cannot be any more giddy about how much this little dining gem has added to the neighborhood.

Refreshing having this place in the neighborhood. Fresh, made to order asian with tons of fresh veggies. This is the way it should be! Staff was super friendly. Very neat and clean. And food was absolutely outstanding, not to mention fast for making everything from scratch, to order. If you've never been here you need to try it. They've found a "regular" in me for sure. Love it!!

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We ordered two "Fresh to Order" bowls and a California roll. Everything tasted fresh and the sauces were flavorful. The owner even came around to our table to make sure the food was to our satisfaction.

I do have a couple pieces of constructive criticism that I hope management is able to see and take into consideration for refining the customer experience.

- The menu on the wall lists the order you choose the ingredients for your bowl in, but the order the cashier asked for the options in was different; this was a little confusing.
- Another confusing thing was when we ordered our custom bowls, we selected the protein, base, sauce, the cashier had us pay, and then we were passed onto another person to select the veggies we wanted. I think the cashier could have taken this information for us to streamline the process.

One suggestion I do have is offering more than just 3 veggies. I chose broccoli, mushrooms, and peppers, but I wanted to add just a little bit of the other items like bean sprouts, onions, and scallions which seem more like "topper" veggies to me. I also believe the prawn chips on the side are an unnecessary addition.

We'll definitely be back to try all of the other options and combinations!
