The Halal Guys

It is a dream come true for my family and I when we found out that halal guys open up here in Lake Mary, Fl. The first time we had halal guys was in New York in 2014 and fell in love with their yummy, delicious gyro platters and wraps, and wished if we have one here in Orlando. And now, our wish came true!
Customer service at this location is impeccable. I would like to thank these 3 people (Novi, Johnny, and Kristi) who goes above and beyond to prepare my orders and make sure I am happy and satisfied with their 5 star service ( wish I can give them more then 5 stars).They are not only servers to me but they are my friends now. I am a regular weekly customer and my kids and I love this place. The food is not only fresh, but always served warm and huge portions. Beside their hot, delicious meals, they also have a selection of yummy treats! It is a family, friendly, hygienic place. Give it a try and I assure you that NO ONE will be disappointed!!!

Good food, especially if you want to grab a quick bite. They give you a good quantity for the price.. Great customer service, staff is very friendly. I like their chicken and beef. Nice location in lake Mary. Also have falafel option, humus, fries.

Every time I order from here I get so happy and the food is so amazing. I’m so glad that they open nearby my apartment and I can order whenever I like. The price is good and meal usually last me for a snack later. I always order the gyro meat and chicken combo. Everyone who works here it’s awesome and I think them for that.

Great customer service by Novenia! She was quick and efficient l, making sure guests didn’t wait in line too long. If they did, she gave them a drink on the side and gave us free hummus. She even came to our table asking if we wanted more sauce! Food was good, I got the combo sandwich (beef and chicken).

We were here a few days ago on a heavy rainy day. My father came in while I was parking, he came in and was greeted by a young lady, my father was explaining how he didn't speak much English and would wait until I came in to place the order, she asked him what language he spoke and was very kind enough to speak with my father in Urdu our native language. She was kind and took care of him and explained every menu item nicely to him. Once I came in I was so appreciative of her going out of her way to help my father and make him feel welcome. I asked for her name, she said her name was Noveena I believe and she was one of the managers. Restaurants need more people like her who are willing to go the extra mile. Restaurant was very clean even with the heavy rain outside the place looked spotless. Food was as usual amazing. Thank you for your great service, we will be back for our favorite food
