Dunkin'

A young-ish female working in the drive thru needs to find a different position in the store, probably one that doesn't work directly with customers. (I worked at a D&D a long time ago so I know how they work). She was very impatient and I kept having to repeat myself. Once I got to the window I sat there for several minutes before she even opened the little window... and all I had ordered were 2 sandwiches & one drink, on a Saturday around 12:45 pm. We've had better service in the past for sure though. As for my sandwich, it sucked.. I took a bite and said nope not eating this but I was already home by this time. The English muffin was very hard and didn't seem toasted whatsoever. Gross. This location needs either new management or new employees or both.
