Sushi Pop Restaurant

Best sushi restaurant in Orlando! Chefs get to be created if we request custom rolls and cuts. Customer service is somewhat perfect, except when they're packed since the host can get a little bit hectic and lose control of the situation. Other than that, the food is great quality, chefs are professional veterans and waiters are always friendly and attentive.

My first time dining here was a great experience. I felt like a totally appreciated customer and it was special. I don't know if it's something they do all the time, but when we arrived, the door was held open for us by an employee and he welcomed us with eye contact and a smile. We arrived 10 minutes after they opened and it was a little busy already so I kind of guessed it was well-loved restaurant. The ambiance is perfect; the decor, colors, candles, music, I loved it. At first I thought the music was a little loud but after a few seconds I realized it was perfect because you could still easily talk and hear one another. I felt like the music genre had a vibe that made me feel happy, inspired, positive relaxed and chill all at the same time (probably in combination with the outstandingly delicious, not overly sweet blackberry cocktail I was sipping). Our server was one of the best I've had since returning to Central Florida from having lived the past 16 months in the Los Angeles area. He was attentive, intuitive and accommodated our request for a plant-based meal expertly, and with respect and a great attitude. Our meal was very well prepared (you could tell that they have a great deal of passion and love for what they do), had beautiful presentation, and was fresh and delicious and completely satisfying. I thought the prices were reasonable for the wonderful (in every way) experience I had here at Sushi Pop in Oviedo.

Truly one of the best Sushi restaurants ever !! They have the standard but also lots of great variety and the sushi is really well made. This place is a hidden gem and I'll be sure to visit it every time I'm in Orlando. Highly recommended.

Excellent dining venue. Food was as extravagant as it was delicious. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The ambience is incredible; there is quite a lot of style packed into the place! Overall a splendid fine dining experience!
