Firehouse Subs

This location was super busy on a Saturday afternoon. Food came out quickly though so that's a bonus. Knocked off a star because the coke machine was useless. More than half of the options were not available because they ran out of the syrup. Staff tried to replace it but said he couldn't because they had no more cartridges.

Always fresh, always excellent sandwiches! There was a young man behind the counter who kept touching his face with his gloved hands and then reaching towards food. We made eye contact one time and I shook my head gesturing no at him and he caught on very quickly and changed his gloves. I was kind of surprised that the man who is obviously the manager, and the lady who was obviously in management as well, did not catch this.

Their subs are not the best. I think their subs are small for the price they charge. The restaurant is always clean, their service is fast, and I usually receive good customer service. I didn't give 5 stars because their subs are not my favorite. I've tried four different kinds of their hot subs and the taste is average.
