    Now that it's just Dunkin, and not Baskin Robbins too... Much better faster, and easier

    The staff is always nice and are very helpful if something doesn’t go right. I had ordered to go one day and they didn’t have the donut I requested on the app, so the lady the helped me supplemented it with two other donuts to make up for it. Overall it’s always been a pleasant experience.

    Counter staff really does not know how to greet ppl. She needs to realize CUSTOMERS are key !!! And needs to realize she is their to greet and serve ....not to tap her fingers on the register as she sways her wrist over it and says what can I get u. I'm sorry if I interrupted your cleaning . please learn some REAL customer appreciation... Because WE make your paycheck. Yes at around 630pm . if managers review These comments please look at your schedule and discuss this with her and retrain her or get rid of her with someone that would live to have a JOB
