Generally Carrabba's has good food & service. I was disappointed this time w/the Carraba's @ Seminole Town Center (1st time @ that location), because the pasta was very luke warm, I had asked for 3/4 calamari & rest in rings - we received the opposite, husband & I split all of our food - we had more items, & waitress was aware but we had to ask for couple of plates to split the food. Pasta needs to be "piping hot" when delivered & pay attention to Calamari orders, as some of us are pretty fussy about wanting our tentacles. - they are more tender & tasty. Thank you.
My husband and I love coming here. We come at least once a month. Never any issues with the food, service or drinks...all are always wonderful. The only thing I would point out is this particular location close to our home is getting pretty run down. It's supposed to be a really nice restaurant and the booths and the tables all need to be replaced. Lots of wear and tear on them. Holes, scratches, chips etc etc. I remember noting last year that the place was getting a bit run down and now a year later it's really rough. That is really the only negative I have about the place and that's definitely not worth docking them a star for... just wanted to give some feedback so they can get some new stuff!
Tasty food. Gluten free options. Had an issue with kids pizza. Owner removed from bill and gave voucher for $10 off next a visit. #customerservice ????
We love Carrabba's. I used to indulge with the Pollo Rosa Maria which is delicious. Now we tend to eat in the bar or on the patio and share small plates. Either way it is great food and great service.
Loved the atmosphere, we sat outside in the patio area. Everyone was very nice. We had to send back the calamari becasue it was overcooked and a little burnt. Our waiter was nice but he kept forgetting items. We had to wait for our drinks for more than 30 min. Our silverware came out with the drinks which was a little disappointing because that's the first thing they are supposed to bring to you when seated.
