Chick-fil-A Sanford (Fl)

Took my granddaughter for dinner tonight. It was amazing customer service from the outside attendants!! Food was delicious as always!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

I've been having issues with this location getting my order right. I got a Bagel with bacon & egg and this is what I opened up to when I got to work. I called to speak with the manager, and her response was she will put it in the system for me to get another one by the next "2 weeks". Now I have nothing to eat and have to go and spend more $$ to find something else. I also mention that 2 days before I ordered the same thing and was given (Bagel with bacon & egg) and they also add chicken. The same week I ordered the breakfast bowl with bacon instead of sausage. I got bacon and sausage. I don't know if they provide feedback and/or training when these things happens, but it's happening more frequently. Also need to have a quality check system in place. I don't believe the manager was too concern that this happened. Maybe I was too calm, but I was really upset.

This was super quick! Service was great as usual. The chicken sandwich was delightful. The filet was juicy, tender, thick, and perfect. The bun was smooth. The fries were good. The tea is good. This is clean and looks new and cute inside. Very organized. Lots of children here, so it's good for families. It smells good and fresh.

Quality food fast. Good people with good values selling good food at fair prices. Never had a bad meal or a bat experience here. Top 3 favorite fast food for sure.

Everyone is very nice and even when busy they seem like they genuinely want to help. The food is AMAZING no matter what you get. Unlike other fastfood chains, if you want extra sauce packets or toppings (pickles, onions, etc.) they make sure you have a ton of it at NO EXTRA CHARGE. The food is moderately healthy (so much better for you than other places), and if you want actual health foods they have that as well. Everything always tastes fresh no matter what time of day you visit. They are always cleaning inside and outside of the establishment so the atmosphere is even a pleasure to enjoy. Even the playground is always clean.
