Chipotle Mexican Grill

Absolutely love Chipotle. Always happy with what I get and the service has been great about 99% of the time. Only once had someone that was clearly having a bad day.

This Chipotle location is pretty slow compared to another location near me.

A few days ago, I submitted my order through the app to be picked up by 5:15 pm, I get there at 5:00 pm and the order wasn't done (I wasn't in a rush anyway so I didn't mind the wait), my order was probably a good 4 or 5 tickets behind. An employee asked for my name on the order (another employee also asked for my name on the order as well), he went through all the tickets, got my ticket out of all the to-go tickets I guess and he prepared it within a few minutes. So that was nice of him.

When I normally come to Chipotle I get a Steak Bowl; Steak, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Cheese and Romaine Lettuce with Chips which is a good $10 to $11. If you like spicy food, it has a nice mix between spicy and being flavorful (the lettuce tones down the spiciness a little). On this order, for some reason the lettuce was like sprinkled on, I mean for an $8 bowl you don't even get everything you ask for. I didn't mind at the time since it was a to-go order and I was already home when I checked the food. But I don't blame the employee who made the order, tickets were backed up and only 2 people we're making to-go orders.

When we need something quick this is our standby. Always good. 2 can eat for $20 or less. And the food is a healthy choice.

Of the Chipotle's I have been to in the past month, this one was the only one that the app worked with and my food was ready when I got there. Not very many shorter tables to sit at, I don't know why Chipotle makes so many high top stool tables when so few people use them. Food quality was great, classic Chipotle.
