Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

We had such a great breakfast at this location. Our server was wonderful! Her name is Whitney and everyone should ask for her!

Good service. Food orders were hot and well done. Consistent with Perkins expectations.

I ordered the turkey dinner... Unlike other Perkins restaurants I've been to, this Perkins seemed to serve Stove Top Stuffing that was extremely dry, and mashed potatoes with gravy that was extremely salty. The portion size was good. The service was okay but the server could have used more training. Overall my visit wasn't as good as other Perkins I've been to.

The staff was nice, and the food tasted good. We frequent Perkins, but this was the first time we had been to this location. Usually service is fast so they can turn over the tables. Not here lol.

I, my husband, and our two young kids were seated right away, noticing we picked a slow afternoon for lunch. Took twenty minutes to be acknowledged by a server, who appeared to be a manager trying to help. Our assigned server brought the drinks and took our order, by memory! I thought, what a treat! There's no way this can go wrong. Hahahahahah.

An HOUR after walking in the door, we get our food, which somehow didn't get ordered properly. My dish didn't have what I asked, my kid's "side salad" was the size of her head (which honestly I'm not mad about; my kid loves salad) and my one of my kids was brought a different kids' meal than what we ordered. New pancakes were brought for her, and we ate and left after our server told us they sent their extra staff home shortly before we arrived but thank you for our patience.

I've waited tables and have had more tables assigned to me at one time than there were seated families in this restaurant while we were there. And they had more than one server that I could see. Maybe they were having an off day when we went?

We ate at Perkins on State Rd 434. Our food was great however are service was not. Now mind you, the server had been there since this morning. His responsibilities included, waiting on customers, washing dishes, and taking cash. The manager, now she did absolutely nothing to help this guy out. She sat in her office and did nothing. This poor guy did his job the very best that he could. My opinion , I would change the roles at that restaurant to prove a point.
