On my visit yesterday I experienced excellent customer service and a very welcoming approach by the young girl at the counter. She was pleasant and professional and made sure to thank me and make me feel like my business was appreciated. These ladies seemed to be very professional and nice. A small altercation did breakout but security was on it and resolved it quickly. The food was actually very tasty which I was not expecting. No questions asked, they gave us a credit for a free pizza for our next time in, didn't have to return the remaining portion of our pizza or anything. Cut to tonight, we ordered a pizza through the application (which is also great) and went to pick up our pie and mentioned the credit and it was honored with no trouble at all.
