“I went for dinner on a Thursday night. The menu special showed a 12oz prime rib steak for $14.99. I love prime rib and thought this was a great deal so I ordered one as did three other people I was dining with only to have the waitress come back to tell me they were all out. Had we all not received our cocktails already, we would have left and went someplace else. I would like to update this review. The purpose of this review was not throw this business under the bus but to let management know what was broke so it could be fixed. The general manager Javier contacted me personally to address my concerns. It has been exactly a week later and I went there for the prime rib again. I want to be perfectly clear that Javier and his staff bent over backwards to make sure that my wife and I had a great experiance and they delivered hands down. I was never going to stop going there but this just gave me that warm and fuzzy feeling.”

“My first time dining here was a great experience. I felt like a totally appreciated customer and it was special. I don't know if it's something they do all the time, but when we arrived, the door was held open for us by an employee and he welcomed us with eye contact and a smile. We arrived 10 minutes after they opened and it was a little busy already so I kind of guessed it was well-loved restaurant. The ambiance is perfect; the decor, colors, candles, music, I loved it. At first I thought the music was a little loud but after a few seconds I realized it was perfect because you could still easily talk and hear one another. I felt like the music genre had a vibe that made me feel happy, inspired, positive relaxed and chill all at the same time (probably in combination with the outstandingly delicious, not overly sweet blackberry cocktail I was sipping). Our server was one of the best I've had since returning to Central Florida from having lived the past 16 months in the Los Angeles area. He was attentive, intuitive and accommodated our request for a plant-based meal expertly, and with respect and a great attitude. Our meal was very well prepared (you could tell that they have a great deal of passion and love for what they do), had beautiful presentation, and was fresh and delicious and completely satisfying. I thought the prices were reasonable for the wonderful (in every way) experience I had here at Sushi Pop in Oviedo.”

“Fast casual is the way to go! I love hibachi...but once you’ve seen a few you’ve seen them all. I love that I can get hibachi, sushi, bowls, etc. in fast casual. And it’s delicious!!! Just because there is no show in front of you doesn’t mean it’s not cooked fresh. It tasted the same as a live grill, if not better than others I’ve had. AND you can use as much yum yum sauce as you want!! They also have boba! Also, their tofu is phenomenal.”

“Our first visit was welcomed with enthusiastic customer service. We were walked through the menu and then as we selected our meal an instructional guidance approach was offered. The food was fresh and vibrant. The selection of offerings was vast and delicious. After we finished we were offered fresh dole whip samples and asked how we enjoyed it. “This Chipotle location is pretty slow compared to another location near me. A few days ago, I submitted my order through the app to be picked up by 5:15 pm, I get there at 5:00 pm and the order wasn't done (I wasn't in a rush anyway so I didn't mind the wait), my order was probably a good 4 or 5 tickets behind. An employee asked for my name on the order (another employee also asked for my name on the order as well), he went through all the tickets, got my ticket out of all the to-go tickets I guess and he prepared it within a few minutes. So that was nice of him. When I normally come to Chipotle I get a Steak Bowl; Steak, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Cheese and Romaine Lettuce with Chips which is a good $10 to $11. If you like spicy food, it has a nice mix between spicy and being flavorful (the lettuce tones down the spiciness a little). On this order, for some reason the lettuce was like sprinkled on, I mean for an $8 bowl you don't even get everything you ask for. I didn't mind at the time since it was a to-go order and I was already home when I checked the food. But I don't blame the employee who made the order, tickets were backed up and only 2 people we're making to-go orders.”

I noticed 3 empty tables outside and, since it was nice weather, asked if we could sit there. The food was up to standard. The only drawback of the visit is that it wasn't pointed out to me that this area is their smoking section. None of us are smokers so when patrons at the other tables started smoking, the smell did make it difficult for us. Other than that, it was a good visit.”

“Love Papa Johns pizza and the delivery drivers have always been fantastic, quick and friendly. Only issue I have had “occasionally”, is not getting the order correct. I have leaned to double check the finally order before hitting, place order, because there are certain things I can not eat. Tonight ordered 3 icing tubs as I ordered the incredible cinnamon bread things for us and I received 3 tubs of cheese. (Sorry, but the thought of that combo turns my sensitive stomach.) I only ask in the future to please make sure the orders are correct before leaving the store. Still a loyal customer, but don’t be surprised if you get a phone call next time. “What a fantastic breakfast! Chalten Bakery is a little hard to find, but well worth it. Once you turn on to Live Oaks Blvd, drive past the Asian restaurant to the long white building a bit further back on the right. They’re right next to the Yield sign. First off - the coffee is great. Way better than the brown water you get at most of these breakfast places around here. Good, strong, not bitter in the least. The breakfast menu is not large - this isn’t one of those diner type places. We had the Avocado Toast. All of the breads and baked goods are made here, and made well. Beautiful bread, perfectly toasted. The avocado topping was super super fresh, tasty, and very generous. The over easy egg was perfectly cooked. The owner (a really nice guy) is the one making the coffee and the food, so the service is not lightning quick - but it is definitely worth it. Handmade stuff done well is worth it. Chalten Bakery is one such place.”
