Mellow Mushroom Jacksonville - St. Johns

Haven't been to this location yet but thought Chad's comment was a extremely annoying so I wanted to give you 5 stars for having to deal with him. Every Mellow Mushroom I've been to has always been amazing! Regardless if I had to wait a few extra minutes for something I ordered or needed, I still always enjoy my meals and my severs. Can't wait to go to try this one out!

My husband and I went Wednesday afternoon, sat at the Bar, and the service was great. We had 3 bartenders who were all good but Dorian stood out for us. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and we truly enjoyed our time there. He is awesome!!
We went after lunch and before dinner cause we know other times during week 1 will be crazy busy. People who are giving bad reviews on the first week, clearly don’t get new restaurant openings. It’s going to be crazy and the wait will be high. It’s new and the staff is new to that volume of business. Cut them some slack. This place has some great food and great service. They are just getting started!! We had a great time, enjoyed it and will be back. So happy to have you in our neighborhood!!

It’s been a long time since we have had Mellow Mushroom and this brand new location exceeded our expectations! We ordered to-go on the second day they were open and it was delicious. Definitely our new go-to pizza place! Super excited they are open and for many future visits!

They were so busy the first night that the food took a long time but that’s to be expected and our waitress let us know up front. Apps came quick so no worries there! I ordered the Thai Dye pizza, which I’ve eaten at least a dozen times at other local Mellow Mushroom’s was good but the cucumbers are typically chopped up smaller so they cook into the pizza. Ours were bigger chunks and still cold. Tasted good still but not really the same pizza I’m used to. Everyone was super nice and I can’t wait to make this my regular hang out!
