Valley Smoke Restaurant

Valley Smoke Barbecue is an excellent restaurant! The corn bread is warm and fresh. The beef brisket is tender, moist and has a wonderful smoky flavor. The chicken is tender and juicy as well. They also have some strong non-barbecue options as well! The beet salad is fresh and crisp, and the tomato soup was well seasoned with a nice acidic kick. The restaurant itself has a beautiful interior design, and wonderfully relaxing outdoor seating as well. The establishment is clean and the staff are highly knowledgeable!

We came in with a five top on Friday night, to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. It was a random decision to come based off others recommendations, and everything was amazing!!! From the service (we had a female, northern woman and I wish I could remember her name, she was great! Really made our experience warm and memorable) all the way to the food and decor... You wont be disappointed!

This past week, Valley Smoke came through for us to host a reception after our son's funeral. We had an excellent experience with Laura and the rest of the team. The food was excellent from the appetizers (love the deviled eggs!), to the salad, to the meal (the greens were fantastic!), and the desserts...excellent all the way around! Thank you for helping us close the day out right!

This is an Exquisite restaurant. It is a sophisticated looking restaurant tucked away in a quaint part of Old North Florida. We sat out back on the water how's the sun one down and watch the Dolphins play in the creek. Michael was a great server and the staff did a very good job. Being in the restaurant business it's very nice to have flawless dinner other wonderful place with great ambiance.

I went there for the first time last Saturday. We were in a big group and we all left there please and satisfied with the food and service. They do respect costumers when they are in groups and let you take your time to order and enjoy your drink. Nice decor and ambiance. One of the nicest Fish Camp Style Restaurant in the area
