It's fine. TLDR at the end.

Publix is useful (though my family doesn't buy groceries there...just medicine, subs, sushi, and the occasional ground meat or pastries).

GNC is cool for people who enjoy health and fitness.

But all the restaurants minus MShack, Pieology, Dunkin, Starbucks, and Yobe (and maybe Tijuana...though Moe's or Chipotle would be better) feel like strange decisions. Why is there a Jersey Mike's when Publix already makes subs? Publix makes better subs too. Timoti's isn't...good. Why is The Loop there when MShack is better? Wendy's? Why? The rest of the restaurants don't make me question their existence but they don't blow me away either.

And why are there gyms there? Nocatee has a gym...that the residents have to pay for. Why would they pay on top of that for these other gyms? Shouldn't Nocatee just build more of their own gyms?

I'm not gonna question the retail side of things because...I can see why a neighborhood shopping mall wouldn't need a Macy's or a Best Buy. But I think a neighborhood mall should have some awesome food in addition to the amenities they already have and...well, there just isn't enough good there.

TLDR: needs better food and food selection, some stores seem redundant. Another grocery store would be nice...like an Aldi's.

Really cool place alot of fun stores, an amazing remax location if you are shopping for a home. I will add more details and more photos when I get a chance but really nice town center.

Mid sized shopping center with the following business available: grocery, restaurants, retail, healthcare, fitness and neighborhood services. There is availability space for future shops. I anticipate this shopping center will grow in size within the next three to five years.

Great restaurants and an awesome variety of small businesses #shopsmall. Love supporting the community! Can't wait for the New SPAVIA Day Spa to open up late February!!!!
