Had dinner tonight and it was very fresh and served piping hot. I had the manicotti and my wife had meatballs. Both were delicious and came with a salad and garlic bread. Our server was friendly and attentive. All for under $30 you can’t go wrong at Al’s.
Had their plain mozzarella pizza with basil. The sauce needs more flavor. The powder cheese also. The crust is well done but not crispy. So I suggest these guys go eat modern pizza in new haven ct. then try to copy that. As that’s the most amazing pizza.
My much lived Al's pizza has seen better days. We stopped by for lunch on a friday, worried we would get a seat. The restaurant was nearly empty. We were greeted promptly and the service was ok. As for the facilities, the details for cleanliness were missing. We sat on a booth in the back and our view was of the child's chair storage. However it was also the broom storage, wet floor sign storage and any other items they wanted to store. This also stacked over the counter heading to the kitchen. 5 minutes of cleaning would have fixed this. I grew up on Al's pizza, however this location needs some work. Please spend some time organizing your restaurant so my kids can grow up loving it too.
Not bad. Pretty good if you don't or can't cook.
Had the Calzone last night and loved it. Food and staff were all excellent. Will definitely have to come back again.
