    This location is hit or miss depending who you get to wait on you. Some of the staff are friendly, fast, and well-trained. Others lack personality and customer service skills. Iced coffee is also hit or miss. Sometimes it's weak and other times it's great. I think you should be able to count on consistency from a chain.
