This was my second visit here. During my first visit I only had appetizers which were good. During the second visit I ordered the flank steak with rice and black beans. The steak had good flavor but was overall very dry. The beans should be served in a bowl. The were obviously out of a can, same with the rice I could tell it was premade. The philly cheese steak was burnt but they did not charge us. The wings once again were great. Service was disorganized and they were out of several things and wines. Bar service was extremely slow. This could be a great place if it was a little more organized and more detailed was placed on food quality. I'll be back but I'll only order appetizers.

The food was amazing, but service leaves much to be desired. They forgot we were on the waiting list. We had to ask about our place on the list before we were sat. Then we had to ask for a server. Once we finally got one and asked for water and ordered a drink. We didn't see her for the next 15mins. I had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. The music was a nice touch. I love live music. I would have had a much higher rating had service been on point....

This review is authentic. We stayed this weekend at the Guy Harvey in St.Augustine, and Santiago's is right in front of the hotel. What an amazing restaurant and bar.. Sara, Courtney, Zack and Kyle are the servers we had this weekend, and I have to tell you, they are ALL friendly. They WANT to work, they WANT to make you happy. They definitely made the experience for me and my wife this weekend. They are fun, social and made sure everything came exactly as I ordered. The kitchen is making food exactly as they write it in the menu, and the food is fast. You can clearly see that they want this to be an established beachside restaurant with a name spoken among locals as THE place to go for a good time with great food and service, and if they keep doing it this way, I do not see any reason why it doesn't have nothing but 5 star reviews for future guests. This review is exclusively for Santiago's. You do not have to stay at Guy Harvey to enjoy this atmosphere. Stop in the next time you are going out, you won't be sorry. The place is brand new, very modern atmosphere, clean tables, clean servers, upbeat setting. Their permanent sign is still waiting to be built on the road at the entrance, so don't drive by it when looking for the sign. I do not regularly leave reviews for every place I go to, but this specific place calls for the effort to leave a review. Thanks for the weekend. We will be back.

I cannot speak for the hotel, however the restaurant, Santiago's at Guy Harvey's is Fantastic! It is bright, clean and beautifully designed, but best of all the food is great!

They have a wonderful menu with unique items that ask sound delicious! We started with the roasted beets and Brie and conch fritters for the table and everyone was immediately impressed with the portion sizes and quality. Most at the table opted for the Poké bowls as entrees, which also received rave reviews.

The service here is also wonderful! Zach was attentive, friendly and quick with service. The kitchen even split meals for those that were choosing to share! It's the little things that count. The live Americana style music duo was wonderful and played at the perfect volume to still enjoy conversation as well.

The restaurant is a little hard to spot but be sure not to miss it!
