We had lunch here visiting while visiting St. Augustine. It was delicious! I had a beef empanada and a sausage dog. Both were very delicious so before I left I got a sweet potato tart to go. I had that later for dessert and it was very crispy and a sweet potato tasty.

Food was very good, just as real Spanish food should be. Location is cool, like all Spanish settlements look around the world; very appropriate. Now, the lady attending the establishment is dry as shalk and rude. Hope the owners realize that in time, otherwise the business will disappear.

The bread my chicken sandwich came on was amazing. That being said, there was not much flavor and they greatly skimped on the bell pepper and basil. I also may have got the chip/drink add on had there been more options than just plain lays chips. I wouldn't go back for the sandwiches.

Everything we had was delicious and fresh. We even found the prices to be decent considering you are on St. George St. The turnovers in particular were amazing! Very flaky crusts with generous filling. We loved both the sweet potato and the guava and would highly recommend. The sandwiches are pretty simple, but it’s the bread that made all the difference. Enjoyed the food so much that we went back to get some goodies for our drive the next day. Even a day old we still enjoyed the Empanadas and the turnovers, much better than any fast food you can get on the road!

The food was nothing to rave about, typical tourist area food. Pretty quick service right in the middle of the lunch rush. 4 stars only because the guava turnover was extremely delicious. Otherwise would have been 3 stars.
