Brazas chicken Peruvian restaurant

If you're in the mood for good rotisserie chicken then this is the spot!!... The owner of the restaurant was there today and I must say he is a great guy.. It was are first time and here he guided theus through the menu perfectly.. I had the quarter dark chicken with rice and beans and I must say it was probably the best beans I've had in a long time first time I had Peruvian food and it did not disappoint.. rice was cooked perfectly not sticky also got a side order of fried plantains little pricey at 8$ but I understand why it was a 9-12 pieces good size order... the rotisserie chicken was cooked absolutely perfect fall off the bone.. very very well seasoned some of the best rotisserie chicken I've ever had!..so if you ever in St Augustine and looking for some good chicken stop by this place and pick some up

Such a wholesome experience of culture! Peruvian dishes deserves 5 stars in any way possible! Rotisserie chicken was flavorful and perfectly textured in every bite. If ya know, I love getting Saucy and their choices are unbelievably tasty! Please give it all a try! Hard to tell you my favorite flavor when I need a dip in every bite (it doesn’t need sauce but it’s addicting). The ceviche had great choices of seafood, dried corn to knock out any rich bite for a little fun with sweet onions to give it a whip of finished flavor. Fried red snapper with the topping was chefs kiss! As much as this seems a lot, finish the meal with one of their lovely desserts, simple yet fulfilling “churro with a side of ice cream” true vanilla bean scoop with a filling in every crispy churro. Team had great service and Wendy, the lead boss has it down for one of my top favorite Spots! Phone is dying, load pictures when I’m done with eating my excitement up🥰😍

Delicious! The cashier was super nice and explained the menu. We opted for lomo saltado; the special of the day. Terrific.

We took home the whole chicken special for dinner. Perfect for $30. The ONLY complaint is, the tostones were overcooked. Too hard. But everything else was great. Chicken flavor is A+

Tried out Brazas Chicken St Augustine and it was delicious! Run don’t walk 🥰 The shrimp ceviche was one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was delicious.

While working close by recently, I saw brazas had opened. I was very excited as I love Peruvian food! I definitely was not disappointed! The food and quality was EXCELLENT! The staff were all friendly! I met a gentle there name Arturo, he was the picture of customer service! Ensured that I had all the sauces and everything in my order was correct! Took a moment to get to know me and really elevated my experience! Definitely check them out! I can’t wait to return!
