Waitress pictured makes this place! Great service, super warm and inviting. Solid breakfast menu with large portions. Highly recommend!
Fantastic amazing place where you can enjoy a very nice meal with a personal touch from Chef John. Fantastic service by Lauren made the dinner even more enjoyable. Great meal selection and better than that is they are very accommodating to your dietary needs (wants). I will personally attest that sanitation is a priority there before closing so I am comfortable to say feel free to go there and enjoy a great carefree meal.
Dinner!!! So I reviewed brunch and have now been back for lunch several times but finally headed here for dinner. They have a descent selection of draft (4), bottled beer and wine. We ordered the beef carpaccio to start. This is one of my favorite dishes and I guess I love it even more now! Holy smokes the beef was tender, the sauce amazing and the dressed greens.. add the egg on the toasted points and there is a serious party happening in your mouth! We moved onto the entrees.. Scallops with Butternut Squash and the Baked Market fish. The fish was Cobia and it was pan seared and put on top of a daily risotto (mushroom) and had a sun dried tomato pesto on top. This fish was cooked nicely and the risotto was delicious. It was too much pesto on top.. a bit overpowering. There was also a strong fish finish.. not that it was bad just off putting. But the fish was enjoyed! Now the scallops.. thus might be one of my favorite dishes. Such a nice flavor profile with the butternut squash sweetness matched with the prosciutto saltiness and balanced with the puréed pistachio pesto and onion marmalade. Scallops were perfectly cooked and not a bit of grit.. great quality. True compliment to the chef that prepared it!
Dessert! Brought a piece of the lemon berry cake home.. Also excellent, fresh and light!
Only complaint was we were a little out off by the football game and other entertainment on the two big screen tvs they had overhead.. we would have preferred a more romantic feel.. lights were bright. The ambiance is not what we prefer but the food is great.
