Nice new restaurant with ocean views from this Hyatt Place roof top bar and restaurant. Walk the beach before dinner then have a drink 🍸 🍹 while sharing some exceptional seafood dishes ...like 🐙 salad. Great burger too if you have a man with you :). This quiet, quaint location has the best of both worlds and is only a hop skip and a bridge jump away from the city life of St. Augustine! I rated it a 4 because they don't have an early bird special for seniors or any happy hour deals yet. If you use your free Hyatt points nights it is a nice weekend getaway without the city crowds.

Best meal of 2023! The restaurant's ambiance instantly transported me to a modern coastal haven, creating the perfect backdrop for a delightful evening. Our server, Ashley, was a true gem herself, providing top-notch service with a warm, friendly and genuine demeanor. Now, let's talk about that peach dessert – it was an absolute showstopper! The burst of flavors could have easily been served in the best restaurants in Florida. The overall meal experience was a culinary journey, each dish thoughtfully crafted and bursting with flavor. If you're looking for an unexpected treasure outside the hustle and bustle of downtown St Augustine, this restaurant is a must-try – a five-star experience from start to finish. I will be back!

A true culinary experience for foodies served in a causal, south beach setting. Come to this restaurant with a open mind to eat something new. Focus on the taste and preparation of the food and you will be impressed. Prices are no more expensive than other TOP restaurants in St. Augustine. Everything we had was amazing and you could tell the chef took his time to prepare our dishes. Plus the staff, from the GM to the person who sat us at our table, was 5 diamond! I am attaching pictures of our food. I look forward to dining at Pesca again!

Our little town of Vilano is growing! As a local, this just might be a weekly happy hour spot. If you’re into sunsets and fantastic cocktails 🍹 then this is your place! Oh, and the snacks, were great! If you go, just know this place is new and a hot spot everyone is excited to check out, and just like most new restaurants, time for delivery on food and drinks might take longer then expected.
Get a drink downstairs and then go up and enjoy the rooftop. We look forward to going back next week!
