Simone's Wood-Fired Craft Kitchen

Great pizza place with a good selection of beers. The pizza was tasty although my dough was a bit undercooked. The staff and management we're super kind and helpful. Definitely worth checking out.

This review is about their pizza and antipasti only. We haven’t tried their pasta dishes

The pizza was really good and light. Ingredients were fresh an delicious

The antipasti could have been a bit better. I would drop the little tomatoes and substitute for something else. Also the bread came after we had already started eating and the antipasti came with the pizza even though it was a starter. Out server was great!

Had a great meal at Simone's! My husband had the salmon and he said it was really good. I had the Pollo Campanelli which is a chicken and pasta dish with creamy pesto sauce, mushrooms, and broccoli. It was amazing!

The good:

1. Both meals were absolutely delicious.
2. They served a variety of freshly baked breads pre-meal which were also delicious.
3. Restaurant was stylish and clean.
4. Employees were friendly and accommodating.

The not so good:

1. Service was slow, which we kind of expected because they were newly opened, very busy, and everyone is short staffed at the moment.
2. Seating is TIGHT. Kind of feels like you're sitting with the people to your left and right.

Even with the 2 slight negatives, I be eating there often. The food was 100% worth it. And after a few minutes I almost forgot the strangers were there. 😁

We have eaten at Simones twice and each time the food was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. What a nice addition to our area.
