Starbucks

Drinks are good here when they're not stolen. 3 times my drink was missing by the time I arrived. Supposedly the children coming in from across the schools are stealing drinks. I order my drinks to customize them and get them ready in advance and I come to pick them up. What is the point of ordering in advance if they're not there. Looks like there are no checks in place to make sure customer drinks will be ready and not stolen. Smh. Just wanted to let others know. I'm probably not the only one this happened to.

The dining room and drive through were relatively slow during my visit and 4 individuals were working. I was disappointed in how dirty the restaurant was. Many Tables and chairs needed wiping down, and when I picked up my items I could see that the counters were food and drink prep were happening were filthy. I would give a second chance but if messy again, I’d prefer to go elsewhere.

I dunno if you can tell who made my drink from the info on my cup but whoever did made the best iced matcha i’ve ever had from any starbucks ever. Thank you

We stopped here on our way from Florida to Charlotte. It’s about a couple of miles from the exit.
Brand new development, plenty of parking, huge Starbucks, one men and women bathroom. Was clean, washbasin was not clean.
Food and service was good. Very energetic and young staffs. We enjoyed it. When asked for less ice, the barista showed some attitude but maybe she had a bad day.
We saw the world golf village with hall of fame stuff. It was interesting. Costco and buc-ee’s are right on this exit too.

Very friendly and not too long of a wait even when it was really busy. Lemon pound cake is my favorite.
