Taco Queen

Awesome family business. Every place I've seen there fails. I believe this restaurant can over come that. All it will take is to keep doing what they're doing. It is very clean. The pricing is amazing for what they deliver and they all appear to be very invested in delivering very good, hot, fresh food with a smile. They are more than welcoming no matter how many people they serve don't deserve it. Give it a whirl if you like their kind of food, you can only be disappointed if you're determined to do so before you enter.

Been to taco queen a couple times now. Definitely on my favorite stops while at this part of st Augustine. Not only is it authentic Mexican food that is simple, reasonably priced, and delicious. The staff are polite and ontop of anything you could need or want. Hell even the salsa for the tortilla chips is great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If you have time stop on by, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

My wife and I finally found a Mexican restaurant that has the Great Mexican food in Saint Augustine, great service and excellent food!!! We will definitely be going back, We moved here from California in March of 2018, our daughter warned us they had not found any Mexican food places in the 4 years they had been here, I gotta say this is Good!!! We will be back! Sorry not the best picture!

We moved here from California, which has the best Mexican food outside of Mexico! We could not find an authentic Mexican food restaurant here in Florida, the ones we tried, were just awful! But then, someone suggested “Taco Queen” we were not disappointed. Real authentic Mexican food, to top it off, excellent service, and the owners were so friendly! Thank you for a great dining experience!

We love Mexican food! Two of our friends (separately) recommended this place to us on the SAME DAY! It was a sign! We drove about 50 miles to check it out. We were not disappointed.

We are guacamole snobs because I make EXCELLENT guacamole so that is our first measure of a Mexican restaurant. Most are mediocre at best so we usually bring our own. We paid $4.99 for a nice sized portion of great guacamole. Was it better than mine? No but it was different in a good way so we will leave our own at home when we return. It was worth the $$.

The rest of the meal was very good with large portions at a reasonable price. We ordered tacos and various other things as well to get a feel for their food. All was very tasty and delicious.
We had friendly service from all employees. Nothing negative about this place.

Well worth the trip. We will return!
