Applebee's Grill + Bar

I’ve been coming to this Applebee’s for nearly 4 years. Never a problem until the last time I went and the waitress Whitney tried over charging our bill almost $20. The bill for 2 people (One of which had a free entree coupon) was first almost $50!! Charged us for a meal we never ordered, 4 cheese Mac and cheese that was nothing but penne noodles sprinkled with shredded cheese, a dessert that is supposed to be free because it was the other person’s birthday and didn’t take any amount off for the coupon we had. Had to speak with the manager three times before getting the RIGHT price to $36. Check your receipts!

Service was snappy, food was good, waitress was both polite and engaging without coming off as forced. My chicken was a touch over crispy but not overcooked. Nice enough place.

Service was ok our waiter was obviously new, food was acceptable. The place was FREEZING people around us had on coats and sweaters i saw 2 people go to their cars for protection from the AC, after we told our waiter and at least 2 other people complained they turned the air off while we were paying. Overall not horrible but rather than trying to keep the staff cool and comfortable maybe they should consider their patrons comfort.
