I ordered the large stew peas and large brown stew chicken. But my focus is the stew peas with white rice. First of all, I have many suggestions not to complain because the food is delicious. I did not get any vegetables (sides). Even if you do not serve a vegetable with it, make it an exception to start adding vegetables to all meals. This way, it will complement the meal. Second, you only give two single spinners (dumplings), which is a turn-off because one of the purposes of the stew peas is the dumplings. If there is a flour shortage, a store called Presidente in West Palm, Florida, sells 25lb of flour for $3. Third, less pigtail and more cowfoot. That is a no-no because what if people do not like cowfoot or the combination. Next time add it to the menu or notify the customers that stew peas have cowfoot added to it.
