Rooster In The Garden

My friend and I went to the Rooster in the Garden for Sunday brunch. I ordered the Diver and my friend the Rancher, both eggs Benedict creations. Both were visually appealing and cooked perfectly. They have a great menu and a full bar. We will be making the Rooster an after church tradition.

Great burger.. nice atmosphere and solid service. Great spot for lunch..

The latest menu from the Executive Chef at The Rooster In The Garden will focus on the Southern Comfort Foods from the South. The Chef will also have a Seasonal Menu portion which will focus on Weekly Dining Specials based on the Season's fresh crops and Seasonal availability continuing the Fresh Farm to Table experience. The Rooster menu is developing into a Southern Fusion experience with the freshest Seasonal crops and products dictating the Weekly Specials.

Fish came out from the open kitchen way overcooked. Three Chefs back there cooking. An inexcusable mistake for a $20 lunch entree. Epic Fail!
Burger was good and well prepared, but they forgot the avocado and the aioli. Again, inexcusable.
Server was very nice, but lacked proper training. Not difficult to see why, as the manager didn't even know how to properly clear a table. Place was practically empty on a Thursday at 12:30 p.m. it's a beautiful restaurant, but they need to step up their game.
