It wasn't a great experience overall, staff wasn't overly rude, however... I have been to many Subways locally, non-locally, even down in Miami they will not only toast a wrap they usually offer to do so before I ask. I asked to have my wrap toasted at this location and was told that they don't toast wraps. When I expressed that all other Subways do, all I got was a 'I don't give a shoot what other Subways do' expression. I'll eat my wrap cold and find another Subway next time.
