Francesca's Pizza

I ordered two pizzas last night for a game night with friends, was told that wait times are longer than usual, and went to pick up my food after about 25-30 minutes. When I walked in, Tori immediately made me feel welcome and asked if I'd like anything to drink while I wait. She was super friendly and attentive to everyone in the restaurant despite the hectic phone calls. One of the pizzas ended up getting stuck to the screen and had up be remade.

Normally, a long wait like this would be a black spot on my night, but thanks to Tori's amazing customer service it was actually a pleasure. When I got the pizzas they were both fantastic, easily better than all the other pizzas in my area. I'm looking forward to trying more pizza (and non pizza) from them in the future!

Ordered Salad, Wings and Meatball Parm. from them last night. Everything was excellent. Salad was fresh, well presented and good tasting. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the Meatball Sub was tasty. Nothing to complain about.
These Newlyweds have something to be proud about. Great job!!!

Not only is the food delicious, but the customer service is beyond amazing! Every member of the staff has been very friendly and inviting. The food is always on point, and being from western New York myself, it tastes like I'm back home. Thank you for being great!

My friend and I ordered from this place over the weekend, the owners took the order the service was amazing. We didn’t wait forever for our pizza and they gave us a free appetizer for trying them out. Definitely will be ordering again. Amazing pizza!!

The staff is incredible and super friendly. They were great on the phone and in person.
Their pizza is FANTASTIC, super flavorful sauce, perfect dough and amount of crunchy delicious crust!
The toppings are plentiful and the sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and savory.
This time we got the parm poppers and they were so tasty, such a great seasoning, and super cheesy.
Our new favorite is the mozzarella moons. They are flat, tasty, such great seasoning, and our new favorite mozzarella “sticks”.

We have ordered a few times now and both times the service was great, and the pizza was the best NY style pizza.
My wife is from the North East and she was truly impressed by this pizza.
We have also ordered the funnel cakes bites which were tasty and again a decent portion of them.

We have had pepperoni pizza, pepperoni & mushrooms, and the Hawaiian Pizza (which has these awesome think slices of ham on it).
All the toppings were fantastic and lots of them to go around.

We would like to try everything on their menu!
