    There all day breakfast includes hot cakes sausage, big breakfast... some locations do not.. Clean and good service

    The crew was fast in getting the food out to the table after I ordered from the kiosk. As usually the order kiosk did not print a receipt and the staff didn't offer one (This is my main beef with McDonald's Kiosks). The order was correct and the food warm. The bathroom was clean. Everthing was cool until the end when a baby roach crawled up the wall next to my booth. Got up to leave and he was still hanging out. Those things are a PITA. Almost impossible to get ride of in a place where food is kept. I know as I work on kitchen equipment everyday. I just don't want to have them watching me as I eat! Not a bad visit in all.

    Last night, I picked up an order. When I came in, there was no one at the register. Someone was running around getting food in a bag, taking orders to drive through and then coming to the register (I found out his name is Foster). As I watched, there were 3 people in the kitchen, one at the register and getting food, and 2 managers, 1 in drive thru and 1 walking around looking lost. There was an employee in the lobby eating, I'm assuming on break. Customers were yelling at Foster, saying that they had been waiting for 15 minutes, why isn't anything moving, why aren't more people scheduled? I felt bad for him. He responded very politely and with a smile on his face, that he was taking orders and getting food as fast as he could and, "doing the best that I can for you."

    There was no ice, no cup lids and no ketchup in the lobby. While everyone was yelling at him, he never stopped smiling, never raised his voice, never looked stressed. I am an Assisted Living Nursing Director. If my building was closer, I would have asked him to come work for us on the spot. Foster handled this situation with grace and professionalism and deserves to be recognized for his performance. I hope they realize what an asset they have in him.
