Oak And Ember Steakhouse

This is my favorite restaurant in Port Saint Lucie now! The food was fantastic. The servers were great, always happy and polite. The attention was second to none. And for the owner to ask you how was everything? well that in itself means a lot to me! Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Port Saint Lucie.

This place is the best steakhouse in the area! The macaroni and cheese is mind-blowing, and that's just a side. The dry aged steak was on special for the night, and I have never been more impressed. Our server Tim was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. His recommendations were on point. I will definitely be back to sit for dinner, and to enjoy the bar.

Went here for the first time tonight for Christmas Eve. Ryan was our waiter and he did fabulous. The drinks, apps, dinner, desert and after dinner drinks were all excellent. The ambience was special. Very disappointed with Oak and Ember Steakhouse. I have eaten at Kyle G's on the beach many times and the new restaurant just doesn't compare. We did expect it to be as good if not better. It must have been our waiter's first day on the job. He came over and asked if we liked the 2 different butters served with the rolls. However, he could not tell us what the butter was. They gave us 2 rolls for the 2 of us and never asked if we would like more. We ordered the most expensive steak on the menu which the waiter said they were out of. We then chose the other steak for 2 which was less expensive. When we received the bill, we were charged for the more expensive steak which the waiter then said that was what we were served? Could not understand his answer. They did not put confetti on table for our celebration or sing Happy Birthday. They never asked if we would like a refill on our water. It seems like the staff is not trained the same as Kyle G's. We would expect better service and attentiveness when spending $148 for a steak. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Fantastic service! Jack was our server, he was professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable regarding everything in the steakhouse. The plates came and went with such efficiency and the staff were attentive and fun to talk with. Loved the food, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! I am already craving the shaved brussel sprout side dish. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Thank you for an incredible experience. My husband and I will definitely be back and telling our friends!
