Pollo Tropical

I came here for the cuban pork sandwich expecting a fast food sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it actually was. Full of flavor and the guy who made it right in front of me looked like he was trying very hard to make a good sandwich.

This particle restaurant has good food, but the cleanliness factor is a big factor to me and that is why they only get 3 stars. The cleanliness is really a lottery, if you go at the right time it is pretty clean but if you go at the wrong time it can be rather dirty. All of the food is good though, the soda machine is messed up almost like someone wired it wrong.

Tonight's tropichop was perfect, I opted for the lettuce base, chicken for my protein ( tender and flavorful) topped with corn, tomatoes, onions, and you can also have black beans I chose not to (watching the carbs!) Every bite was delicious.. Cesar salad was good. Their mango tea comes unsweetened and it doesn't need any sugar! Staff was friendly.... Best part of the meal dipping my chicken into their cilantro sauce!

Good food served fast. I think some people expect too much when going here, Indian they need to realize it's fast food. When they 1st opened up he definitely had their share of issues especially with running out of product, but they seem to have gotten their act together as time passes. The variety of unique sauces and a flavor of the chicken keep me coming back

It’s been a minute since I stop at a Pollo Tropical. I decided to go with a friend, the customer service was great, I got my meal quick 1/4 chicken rice and bean. And enjoy a nice hot meal and thanks to Josh for coming by to ask how was it. And clean up my tray. Thank again will return.
