Great customer service. Wish the sealed the doors better so the bugs couldn't get in as easy, but this place is really nice

The staff here are hands down the best I’ve ever seen at any hotel anywhere ever. The staff here could run the ritz Carlton in Montreal. Marriott seriously should pull this team aside and figure out how to have them teach absolutely every hotel staff in the Marriott family. I’ve never had more consistently good interactions with hotel staff. There was one crabby middle aged white man working overnight. Everyone else was spectacular. I stay in hotels kind of a lot for work related travel. Genuine, pleasant, helpful, sincere, knowledgeable and hard working. The room we stayed in was very nice. It has a good design. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable but I have yet to meet one that’s comfortable. The walls are very thin. I think I could have heard my neighbor snoring. I could hear them have cereal. That may be a downside but everyone was quiet respectful of noise at night so no big deal really.

Single bed room is rather small.
Kitchenette is tiny and the various pots pans and dishware are not at all the highest quality.
Bathroom is tidy but could do with a bit of an update.
Our suite had no outdoor area like a balcony or lanai.
Staff are excellent.
Pool area is very nice
