I go out of my way to come to this location. They’re super nice every time and the quality is really great!! Thank you to the team for doing such an awesome job and being so friendly as well!

The scorching South Florida heat is unrelenting and beats down on us as we make the short travel to and from our vehicle. We weren't planning to be gone long, just a quick trip to the store. But our minds had been made up before we'd left our abode—that the store wouldn't be our only stop. It's a given at this point. Being employed at home has its many perks, but I am accompanied by my sister-in-law...the mother of an infant... and we can confidently say that we 'don't get out much'. We need this. It fuels us. Beads of sweat cling to our backs and foreheads as the car's air conditioner fights to cool us down faster than the sun can cook us. Just one more stop. We're almost there. We pull around and hear his voice. It's beautiful. It's what I imagine entering the gates of heaven and being greeted by angels would sound like. He introduces himself, Edgar, and I am overcome with joy. "I know him!" I tell my sister-in-law, eager to share with her my small bit of knowledge in this moment. It's hard to think. We're both buzzing with excitement and eagerness. I'm stumbling over my words, but I am able to tell her about the employee who had helped my brother once. We've placed our order and are second in line at the pick-up window. I can't tell her my story fast enough, the tale of my brother walking in...drink in hand...raving about Edgar. His kindness, his joy, and his radiant attitude that was infectious and made my brother a fan of Edgar for life. Finally, it's our turn now. We pull up to the window and are greeted with the kindest of smiles. I pay with my app and am rewarded to hear the praises and encouragement of earning precious points with my phone. Thank you. It's over quickly, too quickly, as we are handed our drinks with pleasantries attached. "It's great to see you again!" Edgar lets us know with a smile as we pull away. It was. It was wonderful to see you, Edgar. I wish I could have thought in my moment of weakness to say it back. My sister-in-law, reluctantly driving us farther from Edgar, is astonished. Her jaw slack as she tried to take in the moment that had whizzed past us like lightning. "Have I met him before?" She wonders out loud. I don't know, and I don't care. All I know is that I hope it's not the last time. We will return. We'll have to—for Edgar.

My favorite stop before work. I order online and my drink is always ready and waiting for me. Made to perfection. Everyone in the staff is so nice. Great location and rewards program.

Very attentive staff. We are using them for 5 gallons a week for the listing workshop we put on for our agents at KW...

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. This is the best Starbucks I’ve been too. If it’s taking awhile it’s because they’re busy, duh? Spoiled entitled boomers are leaving the bad reviews. Be grateful young adults are showing up to work and serving you. Anyways, great customer service, super friendly. Management knows what they’re doing from an outsiders viewpoint. I never write reviews but someone’s gotta stick up for these awesome workers. Appreciate you guys :)
