(August 8, 2019, 11:18 pm)I have driven by this restaurant a 1000 times and never stopped to eat there. I had about a 1/2 an hour before I had to be at work so I figured I would give it a shot. I am so glad that I did. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Excellent green tea and vegetable Spring rolls. I cannot wait to go back.

(July 18, 2019, 2:39 am)Zen of Sushi seems tucked away off of US-1 but be sure to pull over and check them out for their awesome offerings! Lots of vegan options are identified on the menu and be sure to try the ramen and sushi! The Mushroom King is my personal favorite off the sushi menu with a blend of unami and sweetness. Service is always kind and responsive and the space always appears taken care of.
