BIG O's Home Plate

Prime rib was the best of my life tonight. The king cut is very inexpensive and is a plate bender of a portion. Fresh and tasty sides were great. I particularly like the fresh fruit and green beans but it is hard to pass up the mashed potatoes.

We ate here a few times last week and every meal was great! The ribeyes were very tender, fish was crispy and delicious, and the burgers are so tasty! Everything was fresh, restaurant is clean, menu is large, and the beer selection is insane. I've never seen a place that offered so many beers! Alexis and Allie were both wonderful servers. We found ourselves enjoying great conversation with both of these ladies. Highly recommended!

Best fried snapper I've ever had. The sweet potato casserole is delicious. It's about time someone in this area made homemade food in a restaurant. Service is always fantastic and the place is really clean.

Food is always excellent here. Sadly, their waitstaff, for some odd reason, is never up to the job, even on very quiet, slow days. You Always have to beg for extra napkins. And, there are no salt shakers here. They have weird salt 'grinders' that some high end restaurant must have been giving away. Very odd.

The prime rib was tender and delicious!  Our group had seafood, chicken, salad, steaks, burgers and prime rib. We couldn't agree on who had had a better meal as everything was made fresh and cook perfect. The seafood platters were large with lots of fresh seafood. We had one fried and one grilled and they were both tasty! The steak salad was loaded with fresh vegetables and had a huge steak grilled perfectly on top, to large for one person to eat it all. The chicken tenders were hand breaded and juicy. We all enjoyed sharing food and everything was amazing! I loved the prime rib but the sea food platter may be the next thing I order. I've never seen shrimp that big! Service was wonderful, friendly, and enjoyable.  Free coffee for old farts like us and we liked having a hot cup and talking after our meal. They do have a lot of deserts but none of us could fit another bite of food after our dinner. This will be our regular spot from now on.
