(February 13, 2019, 1:01 pm)I love steak ‘n shake, but this place was a little chaotic. There was no clear direction once you entered the restaurant. There was a sign that said to wait to be seated, but then there was also a line at the counter to place orders. Once we placed our order we did not know they made our order to go even though we wanted to sit and eat we had been driving over 10 hours and still had 6+ hours to go. There was so many employees but no clear direction going on. The food of course was great I just wish I could have enjoyed it a bit more.

(January 22, 2019, 4:37 pm)We stopped in for milkshakes and had the most friendly waitress. She promptly sat us and then the three others groups that came on right behind us. Then she quickly took our order and got it in just as quick. Out order came out faster than expected. Unbelievably great service based on all of the reviews we read before choosing this location for our lunch stop.
